Fezziwig's co-owner, Ellen Leaf-Moore, one of just 55 Specialty Tea Institute-Certified Tea Educator Specialists in the United States, directs the tea buying and training of all associates at FEZZIWIG'S.  She also teaches a variety of tea programs to tea lovers ranging from TEA 101:  An Introduction to Loose Leaf Tea to more advanced programs.

FEZZIWIG'S selection of loose leaf teas includes black, green, white, oolong and pu-erh along with rooibos, chai, mate and botanical blends. Our stainless steel air tight containers ensure the teas are kept fresh for your protection. Fresh-brewed teas are sampled daily. We sell our loose leaf tea by the ounce in lined zip lock black bags to preserve freshness. Each selection is labeled with specific brewing instructions including water temperature and steep times along with detailed information about each tea because each tea is different. Each tea is cupped, tasted and re-tasted before purchasing for FEZZIWIG'S.
